Annie T. often depicts her family in her paintings. Born in Montgomery, Alabama, Annie is the daughter of legendary folk artist Mose Tolliver, who, she claims, influenced her art. Though she started out wanting to paint like her Daddy, she developed her own style, which is brighter, more colorful and more detailed. Her delightful paintings are in galleries and folk art collections throughout the world.
