OUR INVENTORY:
It is impossible to list all the art we have in our galleries. If you are interested in a particular item or artist you do not see on the site, please give us a call, toll free at 866-4MADDIS. We may very well have it!
BUYING ART :
Many of the items you see on our site are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated. In particular, the paintings fall into this category. Everything on our site is for sale in our galleries, so occasionally an item you see on these pages was just purchased. We try to mark it sold and remove it from the site as soon as possible, but there will be inevitable duplications. If this happens, we will call you and tell you if we can get a similar item and what the time-frame will be. Thanks for understanding!
RETURNS:
Maddi's Gallery wants all its customers to be happy with every purchase. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at our toll-free number 1-866-4MADDIS. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase call us within 7 days from delivery to receive an return authorization number for a full credit. There is no credit for shipping and handling charges and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item was shipped to you via free UPS, $10 will be deducted to cover this shipping. Otherwise, the exact amount on your receipt will be deducted. Returns made after 7 days but within 30 days will receive credit for a future gallery purchase. There are no returns more than 30 days after purchase.

Maddi's Gallery does not share or sell customer information with any other business or organization.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Maddi's Gallery accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
GIFT PACKAGING: Maddi's signature box, complete with silver ribbon, tissue and a gift card is offered free of charge. We are happy to add your personal message on the gift card. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Purchase a Maddi's Gift Certificate in any denomination and we will be pleased to send it free of charge.
