Carolina Folk Art Festival presented by Maddi’s Gallery Artist Information

You are invited to join us!

The 2008 Carolina Folk Art Festival will be held May 17 and 18 2008:

Saturday, May 17, 10 am to 6pm
Sunday, May 18, noon to 6 pm

The site is “the Green” at Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC. Huntersville is 20 miles north of Charlotte, exit 25 off I-77 and convenient to I-85.

Set-up for the Festival is Friday afternoon, May 16 after 2pm. If you set up Friday and want to be open for sales, it is fine with us. Or you may set-up Saturday morning before 10 am.

Booth spaces are a generous 10’ x 10’ (between trees and lamp posts). Most spaces are on grass. There is no electricity.

Festival break-down is after 6 p.m., Sunday, no exceptions.

Booth fee is $225.00. There is no refund after April 1, 2008. There is no application fee. Maddi’s takes no commission.

Application deadline is March 15, 2008.

Upon acceptance of your application, hotel information will be sent to you.
